    The product is much better than any other iron I have ever used
    [Employee of philipsglobal] The iron is really easy to use, and the 'no-calc' feature is a great plus! It is quick to heat up, and gentle (but effecive) on my clothes

    This iron simply doesn't work - my shirts still look crinkled after several re-runs over the same area. I think it's because it doesn't get hot enough - even my old $25 iron from coles did a better job on regular work shirts than this. Would possibly be suitable for wool - but useless on cotton or linen. I expected much better from Philips, especially at this price point. No chance of a refund either - there goes $160 down the drain! Disappointed at Appliances Online for stocking such a poor product - a quick search on google (which I should have done beforehand) shows a clear trend of negative reviews.
