Last time I buy one of their irons.steam boostThe steam boost function is working only from the steam tip, which makes ironing harder, especially shirts, where the excellent result is expected. No way to steam anything vertically, the steam goes literally from 3 holes on the tip only. By the way, the picture on the pack shows vertical steam boost from whole sole plate. Unfair marketing... Being a loyal customer of Philips for many years, I am very disappointed because I used to think that Philips is the best brand of home appliances.Legendary service
