Dear sir/Madam, I must compliment your Company on the smooth transaction & delivery of my Bosch Front Loader Washing Machine. It was ordered on Sunday 14th, and delivered on Tuesday 16th. The delivery was an excellent experience, with the Guys on the truck informing me of the expected delivery times, and then keeping me updated to the hour, as promised. They were also very courteous and helpful. The bonus was that they were able to take the old machine away without any fuss. This is the 2nd time that I have dealt with your company, and will have no hesitation in purchasing white goods from your Company in the future. Really couldn't expect any more
Purchasing from Appliances Online saved us $400 compared to the prices we were being quoted by two of the large Australian retailers. Not paying for delivery was the icing on the cake. The transaction was smooth and seamless and it was great to be able to choose the delivery date that suited our schedule. We also chose the installation option which definitely saved time and double handling - upon delivery, the old cooktop was removed, the new cooktop installed and the old one taken away for disposal. I was really impressed with the service and the fact that they take away the old one and install the new one is a great service. At the same time an owner of one of our rental properties ordered a dishwasher here in Brisbane and it was days later that it was installed even though it was in the same city..
