No business comes close to this sort of service
I just wanted to give you some positive feedback on your business. My husband ordered a washer/dryer combined online on the weekend and within 2 days we were given a reasonable time frame within which the delivery drivers would arrive (which they met) and within 10 minutes they had removed my old dryer and washing machine and installed my new one (as well as put it on a drum wash cycle for me). I have recently made my second purchase from your organisation, a dishwasher, and was extremely impressed by the level of service. The appliance was advertised at a lower price by a competitor and you had no hesitation in meeting their offer. Delivery took place two days later, as promised. The best service, I have had in a long time
Just wanted to let you know the washing machine arrived safe and sound, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would like to take this opportunity to commend your service and delivery, the delivery drivers were so courteous, pleasant, helpful with lovely manners, (which you don't often come by these days). The washing machine was installed and tested, in a matter of minutes, the young man obviously knew what he was doing! I asked a couple of questions, which were answered respectfully and confidently, considering it was late on a Friday afternoon and a very hot day. These young men are a credit to you company.
