I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic product and service I received from your team. The two delivery men were a joy to work with. They phoned at 7.45am to let me know they would be there between 8am and 10am. They arrived on time, were courteous, pleasant and helpful. I have dealt with delivery people in the past who you just want to leave your place! But these guys were really helpful and made the whole thing easy and breezy. I would like to pass on my appreciation for the great service I had from Appliances Online during my recent purchase. We found your site from a link in www.doorone.com.au while deciding which dryer to buy. We ordered the dryer on the Sunday and nominated Monday as the delivery day, with Tuesday as the alternative. We didn't really expect delivery on Monday, but received a very apologetic phone call to say it couldn't be delivered until Tuesday.
