Totally agree with the previous reviews. The cooking instructions are very basic and not very informative. I also had same problem having to watch the pan as my first attempt boiled dry. Product very useful size for my small kitchen but need more detailed cooking instructions.

The induction cooker is my second appliance of this type. I found it more complicated to learn its functionality than its predecessor which was made by another company. Its system of operation needs more thought put into how it operates. That was the major flaw. In other words, its designers need to simplify the overall procedure. Or, perhaps, the instructions in the accompanying manual might be re-written in a more simplified manner.
