Easy and safe to use iron
the iron is easy to use although not so easy to clean. I needed Philips assistance to work out how to clean the base as not easy to access.

I used to work at Dry Cleaners so I know what type of iron I would like to have. I found this iron is the best for home.

GREAT PRODUCT
I did a bit of research before purchasing the Philips steam generator and took the advice of other people who had purchased one. It was the best decision that I made. What a great product. I almost enjoy ironing now. It really makes a difference to the time to iron garments. Light and easy to use. Love the fact that you do not need to stand the iron up that you just leave it flat on the ironing board and it does not burn the cover.

I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!!
