My Perfect care Viva steam iron is very good it has several features which make ironing easy I love the way you store the cord also can lock the iron onto the frame this make it easy to store. another good feature is the large water tank you can do a large pile of ironing of assorted materials with out stopping Great Iron

NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!!
