The perfect care steam generator iron is an absolute dream. Ironing is so much easier, quicker and the aftercare from Philips is excellent. I have had my steam generator for approx 9 months, I have almost halved my ironing time. I did have an issue that the calc clean stopped working but I contacted Philips who collected the iron next day and had it back to me the same week repaired and back to excellent condition. Yes they are pricey but you will never regret your decision. Take a leap get a steam generator

Bought one of these in Turkey in September for use in our holiday home to replace the steam generator which had broken albeit £100 cheaper in Turkey than the UK price, my wife was so impressed with the performance she wanted one for use here in England so bought one in Argos, without a doubt the best steam generator iron we have ever had. Can’t understand why the vast pricing difference though.

Just like any other Phillips this iron is amazing. Works perfectly as it should and never burn any clothes. I now even can iron plastic based fabrics like my water proof jacket. I can't recommend enough. Auto off is an absolute peace of mind feature.
