I am not surprised this iron has been discontinued. Worst iron I have ever used. It is very heavy, does not iron cotton as well as advertised. It appears to have a spray nozzle, but nothing operates it!! I bought this iron quite awhile ago and went back to an older iron because it was so heavy to use. Do not buy!!

Love this Iron , I was a bit wary of not being able to change the temperature at all but after using the Iron it has amazed me how you can Iron different types of material without any issues at all. I would recommend this Iron to anyone. Great job Philips

I seem to be having the same problem as Dee. I mostly iron cotton shirts, and no matter what I do it won't get creases out - I end up having to press the steam button a lot and press down hard to get it somewhat wearable, but still not really looking like it's been ironed. It was so disappointing as I've always had Phillips irons and loved them! I would love to know if there's something I'm doing wrong with this one as I am so fed up - I am ready to throw it in the bin after 6 months of this circus in ironing.
