I love the new Iron, great features that gets rid of creases easily
I have always had Philips irons, however this has to be their best one yet. The iron gets really hot and the steam feature works better than ever. What used to take me 5 minutes to iron a piece of clothing, now only takes me 2 1/2. The weight of the iron also makes it easy to handle. My favourite part is the cleaning feature, scum build up doesn't go on your clothes it goes into a catchment holder within the iron. Philip's you guys make a fantastic iron!

Hello I refer to the below message, and advise - THE EAGLE HAS LANDED....!! Many thanks for the amazing service.. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!!
