Clear display, maddening instructions and terrible AM reception
I'm very frustrated, the instructions are impossible to work out, AM reception is worse than on my previous 25year old clock radio - lots of static and crackles. The display is its saving grace very clear.

Wish I had read these before purchase
I have had many Philips products and all good.... till now. I consider myself tech-savvy, but am frustrated by this one. Managed to program to go to either of 2 stations I prefer. But then drowsily went to switch on, hit wrong button and everything was lost!! 20 presets are ridiculous for a clock radio/alarm. Cannot afford another so must tackle it again. Good luck to everyone else. And do not use Facebook or Twitter so unlikely to get any help!!! How can Philips continue to market this product with so many bad reviews.
