I recently purchased a Fresco fountain from a local pet supplies store, however when it came to the first filter changed I was stumped - I couldn't get the filters anywhere but online... and most stores were out of stock or ridiculously marked up. The fact that I was able to order the filters the night before AND receive them the next day (for free... in a non-metro area) was just amazing. It was also a huge relief to know that I was purchasing the genuine product for health and appliance longevity reasons.
