I dont often have any praise for companies in QLD but after buying a small freezer a month ago from a large retail outlet, I had to wait 4 days to pick it up at the shop. With my purchase yesterday from you I not only received it cheaper but the next day, the two people doing the delivering were efficiant, courtious and set up the washer and took the old washer away and no delivery charge, where were you when I needed a freezer and I will be dealing with you again, no worries. I have NEVER known such efficient service
I had never heard of your company before doing a google search. the testimonial page convinced me. i ordered a washing machine. the emails from your company explaining the procedure were very clear. the next day l received a phone call at 7.30am from a delivery man that my machine would be delivered between 8 and 10. 8.15 2 guys arrived with it on the door step, 5 minutes later it was installed, ready to go and my old machine taken away.
