I found dealing with Appliances Online to be a great experience. The customer service staff were helpful and friendly, as was the delivery man. The thought of running around from store to store, dealing with a multitude of salesmen, organising delivery, trying to figure out how to get rid of my old machine was all causing me a great deal of stress. What a pleasure it was to find a way to do this from the comfort of my own home. No running around, no stress, everything taken care of in one go and with prices comparable to those in store. I cannot say how thrilled we were with the service given us by Appliances Online when we purchased a washing machine early this year.
