Couldn't be happier
Dear Matt & ShaeA very belated thank you for all the effort you put into helping us sort out the washing machine.We are now the proud owners of a Bosch (doing at least one load every day, and sometimes up to four!), and couldn't be happier with it. With a small baby in the house, we have a lot of extra washing, and the clothes are coming out clean & fresh, and the machine is fairly quiet and doesn't walk across the laundry.Thanks again - the customer service from Appliances Online really has been outstanding.All the best Lara, Foresthill, VIC

I would like to highly commend Campbell of your Sydney store. In all my dealings with many copies over the years, especially through online interactions, I have never come across someone with such skill, grace, thoughtfulness and kindness.
I had ordered a freezer to be delivered in Melbourne a while ago. I needed it quite soon after I had ordered it and in following this up with Appliances Online, I initially struggled to get the basic information I needed in terms of time of delivery. Eventually I had the good fortune to come across Campbell.
Right from the start, Campbell was courteous, helpful and entirely professional. He completely understood my needs as a customer and ensured that I be kept abreast of the situation to the best of his ability.
In the end (although I did not communicate this to him directly), when I think he knew it was clear that my frustration was growing and I was considering cancelling the order and taking my business elsewhere, Campbell intuitively sensed that I really needed this item quite quickly and organised for the item to be transferred from Sydney to Melbourne because he was finding it hard to get even basic information about an estimated time of delivery from the supplier.
Having been the Managing Director myself of a very successful business for many years, I understand the costs and pressures of business, and very much appreciated the time and efforts Campbell took to ensure I had what I needed as soon as possible.
Campbell’s initiative, ‘reading between the lines’ of my need as a customer and extending beyond the norm in order to do the right thing by a customer of Appliances Online, has single-handedly won my lifelong patronage to Appliances Online. If I ever require any further such items, I never shop around or compare prices. I will be ringing Appliances Online and requesting to speak to Campbell directly.

Have to comment on the efficiency of your service
I've just bought a tumble dryer from you and have to comment on the efficiency of your service. I ordered late on Wed night and at 10am Friday my spangley new tumble dryer has been delivered. I asked for a call to tell me when it would be delivered he called at 9.20am said they'd be here between 10 and 11 and bang on 10am he was here - brilliant! Well Done I will definitely look at your site next time I am buying! Rachel ,
