You cant beat free delivery
Thank you very much for your wonderful modern online-outlet with old fashioned customer service. This has been the easiest white goods purchase I have ever made. Call received prior to delivery as requested, and arrived nice and early. The driver offered to discard all packaging if I wanted (which he then did happily), and removed my old machine. Love the traditional option of COD. What more could a customer want? I will definately purchase from you again as need arises, and will certainly refer your store on to others. You cant beat free delivery, free removal of old equipment, competitive pricing, ease of shopping from home (not dragging 2 kids to different stores), and delivery people whom are professional and courteous. Shopping with you online also gives the added benefit of comparing multiple outlets prices easily, plus doing product review searches before choosing a product. Everything was perfect
We had a look at G*** G*** for our new Fridge/Freezer on Friday - chose a Westinghouse. Got home and jumped on the net looking for reviews on it and found you! You were cheaper, offered delivery, set up and taking away our old one - things that added to the cost with G*** G*** ($60 local delivery and $10 to take away our old one). I was a bit nervous ordering a large purchase on the net, but I put it through Friday afternoon on your website. We received a call Monday morning and it was delivered before 11am. We kept waiting for something to go wrong, but everything was perfect including the delivery guy who was very professional.
