A very competitive price
Just a short note to say how refreshing it is to have some great customer service.I was very hesitant about ordering online for such a large item, however I was pleasantly surprised on your professionalism and level of customer service. I ordered on Friday afternoon and the item was delivered as promised Monday morning. The delivery guys were very friendly and you could tell they were happy with their job, not only did they install, took away my old washer, removed all the packaging material all in a very efficient manner. Fast service, free delivery and excellent price. I ordered a new Bosch dishwasher last Thursday and it was delivered on Monday. This was great because we are outside the Sydney area and delivery was included. The price was lower than the local appliance shops which didn't include delivery. The delivery guys rang early (7:30am) and arrived 10 minutes later. Its a good thing they rang, other wise we would still have been in bed. I was happy to see they didn't drive the truck up the 80m driveway, so no damage there. They wheeled the dishwasher into the kitchen and unpacked it and took the packing away. The paperwork was no problem and the guys were quick friendly and efficient. Great service. Highly recommended. Alan, Thirlmere, NSW
Your prices are unbelievable
I felt compelled to write to tell you how much I enjoyed dealing with your company recently. My new washing machine arrived as promised and as described and I could not be happier. Your prices are unbelievable - I do not know how you do it! The machine I bought was on 'special' with a major national electrical retailer last week for almost $400 more you had the same machine for. Then add in another $120 for delivery and disposal of the old machine and I am over $500 better off!The three people I have told about your company in the last week have all bought from you. How's that for the best advertising there is - word of mouth? I can safely say that I cannot see the day where I will waste half a day buying a new appliance. I will go straight to your website!
