Product does not last
Disc assembly failed after 12 months, was replaced under warranty. 15 months latter the replacement disc assembly failed again.

I would never buy this again
Bought this as have owned this brand in past and loved it. Took this system back to store for repayment within 2 months. Took replacement back writhing 4 months. Took that one back with in 6 months......gave up going back. What a terrible piece of crud. Don't waste your money.

If you are looking for an amazing 3D blue ray picture & fantastic sound, I recommend this one. With the picture quality and speaker system you will find yourself in the middle of adventure.

My new washing machine was delivered today as scheduled. I just want to say I was impressed with your delivery men. I was telephoned prior to 10am and advised of the delivery window. They then arrived during that delivery window, removed my old machine and installed the new one. The laundry is in the upstairs bathroom of my small two storey terrace house and access is up a steep staircase with bend at the bottom. Not easy access, and not helped by such a hot day. Notwithstanding this, your deliverymen completed the removal and installation efficiently and in good humour. Thank you for the excellent service. Cathy, Forest Lodge, NSW
