I was so excited for this product! It was easy to set up and the sound was amazing. After two weeks the Bluetooth pairing stopped working and I haven't been able to connect one single device ever since. I got this in November 2017, it's now January 2018 and I feel like it was a massive waste of money. I need a Bluetooth speaker of this calibre otherwise I'd just listen through my phone. I'm so disappointed as I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and not one device will connect now.

I love the deep quality sound bass & the equaliser is easy because there's a large selection of preset settings to suit any genre. I listen to everything from Air Supply & Westlife to Greenday & Eminem. Simple to set up & use. Great for big spaces & open plan living rooms. I couldn't live without it. I love how you can connect more than 2 together although I have no use for an extra one.
