Reinforced my confidence in shopping online
I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place. Fast, efficient, friendly
My experience with Appliances Online has been the best, from the beginning when I placed my order by phone where I was treated efficiently and professionally, nothing was any trouble. My landlord let the delivery men in and he advised that these guys were fast, efficient, friendly and nothing was any trouble to them, they delivered my washing machine, set it up and took away the old one with no hassles, I came home that night and there was my lovely new machine waiting to be used.
