Hello, I ordered a washing machine yesterday afternoon, and received it today at 11am. This is the first time I have purchased through you, and can not recommend you highly enough. I have never received such service from any other company like yours. The gentleman who delivered my goods was much a credit to your company. From start to finish, it was the perfect transaction I didn't think was possible. I lot of companies offer next day service, but don't deliver. Not only did you live up to what you offered, but it was free. You are more than a cut above the rest. So pleased to recommend you to all my facebook friends too. I will be back for sure. I recently purchased a Fisher Paykel clothes dryer from your company. I am still astounded at the high quality of service from all your staff. From Campell, who gave me a great price and courteous service, the emails from dispatch and to keep me up to date on my products and the customer service reps who were really great in tracking down what was causing the delay with my delivery. Which I must mention was a 3rd party company who could stand to take a few lessons from AO team! Amazing site and an amazing company with fabulous employees.
