Proffesional and helpful
I am writing to thank you for your wonderful customer service. After
ordering this product from ****, waiting 3 weeks and still not
receiving a product, I cancelled the order and placed one with your
company instead. My product arrived in less than 2 days! The delivery
driver was wonderful, calling at 8.15am, and arriving by 9am. He was
proffesional and helpful, carrying the product through the house and
into it's place. I will not hesitiate to tell every-one to use your
company instead of retail outlets. I placed the order over the phone
after veiwing the website and the phone operator was honest and helpful.
It is very refreshing to find a company that actually delivers on it's
