Received my new Fisher and Paykel fridge today. Delivery was prompt after I was contacted and the delivery man helped me install my fridge (had to take kitchen door off to get fridge into kitchen and delivery man reassembled everything). ,

The website is extremely easy to use and contains comprehensive information which reduces the need for background research. Other sites we tried seemed to lack information and were less user-friendly. The call centre has been extremely helpful when I have rung. The machine ordered was out of stock, so the next model up was supplied within an hour of a call to check upon delivery! Delivery was free and the packaging was taken away.
