Hi, I wanted to write to thank you for the speedy service I received yesterday. I placed my order at 11am Monday, and called to check on the expected delivery time for the Wednesday. It was expected to be in the middle of the day which didn't suit as I had to be at work. Instead of waiting until my next day off (Mon), your helpful staff member arranged for my washing machine to be delivered that afternoon and within 4 hrs from placing my order I was using my newly installed washing machine! The delivery fellows up here (Dean and his offsider) were polite, professional and did such a good job of clearing the packaging away I thought they were going to pull and a vacuum and give the floor a once over.
