    Sturdy construction but this just doesn't spin fast enough to dry lettuce and doesn't really offer value for money. Bought it to replace a cheapo plastic spinner I'd purchased about 20 years ago for maybe $4 or $5 from a well-known Swedish multinational conglomerate; even in its final days, despite bits falling off, that spinner worked much, much better than this thing. The OXO looks nice though.
