Dear Matt & ShaeA very belated thank you for all the effort you put into helping us sort out the washing machine.We are now the proud owners of a Bosch (doing at least one load every day, and sometimes up to four!), and couldn't be happier with it. With a small baby in the house, we have a lot of extra washing, and the clothes are coming out clean & fresh, and the machine is fairly quiet and doesn't walk across the laundry.Thanks again - the customer service from Appliances Online really has been outstanding.All the best Lara, Foresthill, VIC

I bought a washing machine. Not only was it delivered when they said, it was installed, old one removed and boxes taken away. Saleman very proffesional and met competitors price as well. Why aren't there more companies in the 21st century that deliver customer service and follow through like this one? I was totally impressed and thrilled with Appliances Online - not only from the savings I made by purchasing my washing machine through them, but also with the whole process from start to end.
