Machine itself is faulty, many photos produced both of the fault machine and damaged clothing. Waiting now on a service technician to attend to assess the unit although it’s clear it needs a replacement. Very disappointing customer service by Tempo the warranty company, this is not good enough for a 1 week old machine and this process has now gone on for over a month with service or replacement. They’re due to come out on Friday 10th julyGreat serviceI’ve moved house and used appliances online for lots of purchases. As always they are very efficient in every way. Do you sell the venting kid separately for this dryer to put the hose out a window etcI want to mount the dryer under benchtop but the control are located at the bottom right corner can the dryer be installed up side down? And the control panel turn around as well?Does the height include the legs? And I don’t need it wall mounted but will they put it on top of my washer and connect to the existing vent?Can a hose be attached to the exhaust vent?
