Why would you go anywhere else
The service we received from the time we ordered was outstanding, we placed our order at about 4.30pm and we received the washing machine the very next morning at about 8.30am, they took the old machine away, they then connected the new machine up, they then showed us how to use the machine, they then took all the packing away. No wonder why the retailers are doing it tough, because they can't provide excellent service like this, why would you go anywhere else, we brought a dryer from you about two months before and we received the same level of service and that is why we then brought the washing machine. I would just like to thank and congratulate you all on such a great company/site and such excellent customer service.
My boss required a Fisher & Paykal Rangehood to replace and existing unit in a property he has rented out. I contacted our normal "big name department store" and was told a price that was approx $55 more
expensive that what your price was. I was then told by this supplier that due to no stock at Fisher & Paykel it would be 5-6 weeks for delivery.
I then rang Fisher & Paykel directly who advised stock should be in by the end of next week.
In the mean time, whilst on hold to various departments, I came across your website. Personally I prefer to shop online, however my boss
tends to be a bit cautious. I rang your customer service team and spoke with a very friendly and
helpful staff member by the name of Andrew. He confirmed stock was there. That was on the Friday and on Monday morning it arrived and he had this installed by Tuesday for his tenant.
