I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to! Better quality and service than walk in stores
Everything Applianes Online committed to, they delivered. We ordered our Fisher and Paykel washing machine on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered 10am Tuesday morning. For the price I was going to pay at other "retailers" we got the next model up for the same price on here.
