Well below normal retail price
I was hunting a few days on the net checking for best prices and products along with customer service..and by far your site topped them all. I not only purchased a product that was well below normal retail price, but the delivery men were extremely courteous and efficient in their work, and the whole time taken was 48 hours from ordering online to set up in my laundry. I just wanted to thank your for the great service. When my washing machine broke down on Monday I called my Dad to tell him about a special I saw at D******. He made me promise I would check out appliances online first. He and mum have bought their last 4 appliances from you and have also got all their friends on the bandwagon. He went on about the great service and was amazed that the delivery guys unwrapped the appliances outside and took the packaging away. Having recently redecorated my unit and being completely fed up several trips up and down the stairs and down the street to the recycling bin, this part was particularly music to my ears! While the same item from D****** was on special at $50 cheaper (incl delivery and removal), they couldnt get it to me for 2 weeks. I came home and called appliances online and ordered my machine. I wanted to pass on my feedback for your website. I ordered a coffee machine over the weekend and scheduled delivery for the Tuesday. The delivery driver rang me as the website said I would be. They turned up, having had a small problem with their GPS that it seems everyone has with the location I live in. The assistant and the driver were very courteous, very pleasant and easy to deal with. Applicances Online is the number 1 place I will shop in the future.
