Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the level of customer service I received from appliances online when ordering my sink and when organising collection. Had 3 choices of way to pay
I shopped and ordered my washing machine on Wednesday, received email confirmation straight away, had 3 choices of way to pay then the guys rang me this morning (friday) as i requested it be delivered today and they told me what time they would be here and wow they actually did get here in the time frame they gave. Product was very well packaged. They were very polite and asked if I had old machine to take away and where I would like them to put the new one after putting it where I asked them to, we exchanged paperwork and they said if I have any problems please don't hesitate to call ..Very very happy with the service and transaction and would not hesitate to deal with them again.
