It was great to receive a call from appliances online between christmas and new year keeping me up to date with my back order. I then again received another call on 05/01/2011 advising me my order was being despatched already and that I should receive it in approx 3 days. It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE. The only issue was the carrier who delivered it to a different address than the one clearly shown on the delivery docket ! Would gladly purchase another product from Appliances online.It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE Hi Folks, I thought I would send through a compliment for the guys that delivered my fridge this morning. One guys name was Corey, didnt get the other guys name. Both guys didnt mess around, both fast and friendly, installing new fridge etc, then Corey (on his own! The other guy was finishing levelling the new fridge and hooking it up etc) lugs my old fridge back down 3 flights of stairs! Crazy stuff! Anyway .... Every time I have dealt with you guys I have been pretty impressed with your service and no mucking around professional attitude, and today was no different.
