It was ordered on Sunday 14th, and delivered on Tuesday 16th. The delivery was an excellent experience, with the Guys on the truck informing me of the expected delivery times, and then keeping me updated to the hour, as promised. They were also very courteous and helpful. The bonus was that they were able to take the old machine away without any fuss. This is the 2nd time that I have dealt with your company, and will have no hesitation in purchasing white goods from your Company in the future. When my washing machine broke down on Monday I called my Dad to tell him about a special I saw at D******. He made me promise I would check out appliances online first. He and mum have bought their last 4 appliances from you and have also got all their friends on the bandwagon. He went on about the great service and was amazed that the delivery guys unwrapped the appliances outside and took the packaging away. Having recently redecorated my unit and being completely fed up several trips up and down the stairs and down the street to the recycling bin, this part was particularly music to my ears! While the same item from D****** was on special at $50 cheaper (incl delivery and removal), they couldnt get it to me for 2 weeks. I came home and called appliances online and ordered my machine.
