It was so easy - I just phoned the helpline - discussed the type of Microwave I wanted and proceeded to purchase with the security of a 14 day return policy if I was not satisfied with this item. The microwave is great and is exactly what I wanted.

This microwave is gorgeous. Bit on the heavy side but it has a handle and knob, which for some unknown reason, are things I really wanted my microwave to have. The manual does give you a bit of information on how to use it but I found that it's really a matter of trial and error on what works and what doesn't. One thing I've noticed, is that you have to heat the food for much longer because it heats up the container rather than the actual content. However, if you have it for another minute or so, it's perfectly fine. Additionally, if it finishes heating your food and starts to beep, opening the microwave or pressing the stop button doesn't stop the beeping. Despite these minor inconveniences, I really like this microwave

As a Smegophile I have found this microwave comparable in quality and ease of use. I love it!
