Dishwasher delivered was faulty, workman was prompt but had to wait over 3 weeks for replacement, happy with replacement.

Great dishwasher, well priced. Love the cutlery drawer and the collapsible, configurable parts. Dries just fine on the regular or 60 min washes. Short wash leaves plastics wet.

Value for money, however water connector hose snapped after 5 minutes on first use (faulty) Service from Omega was prompt and we now have a great dishwasher.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Appliances on line for their high level of customer service. I had a dishwasher delivered this morning on time as promised. The two delivery guys were prompt, friendly and extremely polite. This was my first purchase from your company and I would have not hesitation in recommending you to any future clients, family or friends looking to purchase an appliance. Fast service, free delivery and excellent price
Fast service, free delivery and excellent price. I ordered a new Bosch dishwasher last Thursday and it was delivered on Monday. This was great because we are outside the Sydney area and delivery was included. The price was lower than the local appliance shops which didn't include delivery. The delivery guys rang early (7:30am) and arrived 10 minutes later. Its a good thing they rang, other wise we would still have been in bed. I was happy to see they didn't drive the truck up the 80m driveway, so no damage there. They wheeled the dishwasher into the kitchen and unpacked it and took the packing away. The paperwork was no problem and the guys were quick friendly and efficient. Great service. Highly recommended. Alan, Thirlmere, NSW
