The Omega Altise portable air conditioner can efficiently cool or dry smaller rooms of 20 square metres or smaller making it a great option for keeping a bedroom or study comfortable. With the easy to use controls it's simple to adjust the available options to suit your room. The unit is also straightforward to maintain allowing you to enjoy its efficient operation for longer.
Simple to set up and maintain
All you need to run this air conditioner is a normal power point and a nearby window where you can run the exhaust hose, neatly connecting the two with an included sealplate. You can enjoy long-term efficiency from this air conditioner by cleaning its filters every two weeks and emptying the water tank whenever it gets full.
Straightforward controls
You can access all of this air conditioner's functions with either its simple remote control or convenient touch control panel. Using these controls it's easy to switch between the appliance's different settings including cooling dehumidifying and fan modes with options to adjust fan speed and cooling temperature.
Come home to comfort

Great for the hard of hearing
Yes it cools the air in a small room, but please, please, please do not buy this and expect to sleep with it while it's running. Or have a conversation. Or do any kind of work that requires peace and quiet. Should be sold with earplugs.

Noisy as heck
Too noisy to sleep. Cools down the room very well though. I ended up selling mine, because I needed an ac for the bedroom and this defeated the purpose.

Excellent customer service and satisfaction
I just wanted to say, what great service I have received from appliances online. A brilliant customer experience
I wanted to write and provide some feedback in regards to the service I received from Appliances online - and in particular 2 specific individuals.Over the heatwave of last week I was in a hurry to obtain an air-conditioning unit for my apartment. AS a previous customer who has had very good experiences in the past I decided to phone appliances online for this. I spoke to Andrew Paskalis who went out of his way to procure me an air conditioning unit immediately and also provide me with the ‘best deal’. Unfortunately as the order was about to be placed the supplier ran out, meaning I was not able to get the unit until 5 days later. Andrew was extremely apologetic about this and offered to quote me on the model instead so that I was able to purchase in store.
