Thought 1st one was faulty, Appliances online were brilliant and sent another. Sadly, it's the product. A tiny drop comes out and you can't pump rapid pumps to get more soap. You have to lift the pump to reset to get another pump out of it. Have to keep it in as otherwise I'd have a big hole in my sink. I have gone back to using detergent in a bottle which defeats the purpose of having a deluttered kitchen. Very disappointed as it wasn't cheap and had to pay plumber to install.
