Hi Sally, I am rushing out the door, so don't have time to go on and on, but I want to say that I appreciate your cancelling the Extended Warranty. I also want to tell you that the whole buying process from first seeing your website through to drinking ice cold milk this mooring was a pleasure. Reshma (If that was who I spoke to on the phone three times) was wonderful. Extremely pleasant, fast and smart. The delivery fellows up here (Dean and his offsider) were polite, professional and did such a good job of clearing the packaging away I thought they were going to pull and a vacuum and give the floor a once over. I have already recommended you to 2 of my customers, but they are not in the market for appliances right now. Your company should have an easy time rising to the top with the service you offer. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone I dealt with when buying a fridge. Your service was wonderful, your staff always friendly, polite & a pleasure to deal with. The fridge was a surprise birthday present for my daughter & she was so surprised she tried arguing with the courier that it wasn't for her! Dont need to say how excited she was. Faster...and cheaper!
I would just like to commend you on your excellent service. We purchased a fridge last Friday and it was delivered and installed by Monday 1pm! We live in WA and that is faster than what some of the big retailers were offering and cheaper! Well done and thanks Chris, Wattle Grove, WA
