Not amazing
The noise that comes out of this blender is absolutely deafening to the point where it puts me off using it. Other than that it so so, it doesn’t deal as well with anything frozen or with thicker substances but it is alright.

Loud click noise and it stopped working.
Loud click noise and stopped. The cup stuck with liquid filled now leaking. Unable to disconnect the cup. Dead. Obviously it is very noisy and shaky.

NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!!
