The whole experience was painless from ordering, payment and delivery. Delivery occurred just as was explained on the web. I was hestitant to buy such a large purchase online but reviews and blogs indicated the company was good. It took away the hassle of haggling instore with sales people and all the extra requirements - delivery, removal of old machine and connection was all included in the price and offered upfront. Appliances Online is the best way of buying appliances
I'm convinced Appliances Online is the best way of buying appliances. They are cheap, delivery to my area was free - and they picked up and disposed of the old appliance I was replacing. Their delivery guys are good - they let you know when they are on their way, allowing you to still go to work and just pop home when you need to (to receive the delivery).
