AOL price was better and they delivered the very next day as promised
I'm new to Australia and my transaction with Appliances Online is honestly at the very, very top of any company I've dealt with since moving here from the U.S. I had been waiting over a week on my dryer from another supplier with continued empty promises on its arrival before I discovered Application Online. The AO price was better and they delivered the very next day as promised and called when they said they would concerning the delivery. Everything was very professional and efficient and the customer service rep and delivery guys were also very friendly. Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys, Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing.
