    Absolutely will not connect to Wi-fi. (App is terrible) Loses charge quickly so has to be left on all the time. Louder than expected. Does a good job with pet hair on tiles though.

    It fails to connect to wifi cannot return to home base and does not mop around the floor as it says it does. I’m waiting for customer service to call back. Set fire to my money.

If the customer does not have WIFI, they can use the product using the remote. Unfortunately, the unit cannot be connected for operation via Bluetooth.
