Superb kettle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a different brand kettle at the start of the year and was hugely disappointed at it. This one was chosen by our family as a team as we loved both the shape and the colour. I have problems with my wrist following surgery so thought this design would help. It really does. It is easy and light to lift even when full. When you walk in to the kitchen it looks great and grabs your attention. The whole family are very happy with our choice.

Reinforced my confidence in shopping online
I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place.
