    Takes too long to toast. You need to pre heat the toaster as it dries out the toast before it has toasted the bread. It seems the elements are just not getting hot enough, quickly enough.

    Great toaster however morons at Morphy Richards put a safety sticker on the most visible silver part that is tough to get off and leaves a nasty mark behind on a brand new appliance. Surely easy peal stickers are not too much trouble. Great value from appliances online though.
