Reinforced my confidence in shopping online
I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered
through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance
Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a
replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done
without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned
service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a
washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was
exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue
such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online
particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort
