Comments made by choice were spot on and would return to Tefal with the next iron.Really easy to pour water for steam. Great powerful steamer when pressed in comparison to my previous Phillips Iron. Great purchase, exceeded my expectations on shirts and silk.I'm a bit disappointed with this iron, it doesn't keep it's heat all that well and is very heavy, it was the top of the range, didn't get value for money.Legendary service
