A pleasure to use.Difficult to clean.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing spoils this model for me, that you can't take the blade part out of the jug for cleaning. It is a real problem after using dry ingredients such as making breadcrumbs or grinding nuts.Legendary service
