Easy to use.
Simple to use. Having the sauté function helps to give more variety without having to use any pans in the preparation. Close to ‘plug and play’. A good choice

It does make soup quickly but
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this specifically for the sauté function but once it starts you can’t stop it. It went on for 10 mins burning the vegetables I was using. Also the lid is quite heavy and I worry about the blade while cleaning. The clean function only did the base so is not worth using. Don’t think it’s worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have gone back to making soup in a pan. Veg doesn't cook through sufficiently in this soup maker. Will end up in the charity shop!

Hello I refer to the below message, and advise - THE EAGLE HAS LANDED....!! Many thanks for the amazing service.. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!!
