I've wanted a Spiralizer for ages.... Being one of those people constantly on a diet! Tried sweet potato fries (lush) butternut squash noodles and courgette through this. When it works the result looks and tastes fantastic! I gave the squash noodles to someone who hates butternut. She had no idea what she was eating! However, there's a couple of issues that were a tad frustrating. It does need hard veg! It will not take a 3 day old courgette! The cross grabber will only hold onto really firm veg, and you can't use it as a plunger because if you do you just end up poking veg from inbetween the razor blades!! It's a lovely compact machine, and I will enjoy experimenting with it. My only criticism is the ease of use with the grabber. Perhaps an extra 5mm would make all the difference???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product as a birthday present. I enjoy cooking and being creative and was really looking forward to using this product. However when you feed the hard vegetables the plunger to push the food towards the cutting blades does not do the job properly and therefore you are left with food lump at the top of the blade and the vegetables do not comes out as it shows in the picture.
