They looked beautiful and the kettle is still working fine, but unfortunately the toaster is not. It is only 3 years old and one side has stopped working.

Very disappointment with this purchase! Firstly the toaster does not provide an even toast requiring the bread to be rotated if you want an even toast. My biggest gripe is the finish on the product which is not up to every day wear and tear. Even if tapped slightly the paint marks or scratches including the toaster which is marking from simply sitting up against the wall. The paint around the lid of the kettle is already looking old and tatty after a few months from simply removing the lid to fill and heaven forbid if you tap the edge of the sink while filling- you will mark it. We don't have children and are not rough, my last combo set I brought was Delonghi in 2012 (10yrs) which was still working and looking great when I gave it away due to wrong colour/new kitchen. BIG mistake, should have stayed with what I knew and not be seduced by the pretty look!!
