[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since having this kettle i have needed to rescrew the lid twice. It never finds it's base easy, I have never found a kettle that does this. Soya milk was splashed onto it and though cleaned straight away it has stained !! It looks so awful now, I will use for a while longer before I get rid as I purchased the toaster to match. It works well and boils a small amount. Its a shame.

It is a very lovely looking kettle. It's color is very different from normally available kettles in the market. I have a matching toaster also and these both look beautiful in my open kitchen. On my first use, water boiling took a bit longer then my old Russel hob one but no issues on that. It has a big spout which I liked that I can fill water from so i do not need to open the lid. It had a timescale filter which is another plus. Overall, it is a good addition to any kitchen. It's on a pricier side but if it is working for good few years then it should not be an issue.

The finish is lovely and feels like it's good quality - it doesn't feel like it will tarnish easily. The pictures are true to colour. The boil is quick compared to my old kettle. I like the gauge on the size as it's quite easy to see how many cups of water are in there. The kettle pours quite well. Although it looks silver, the handle of the kettle and the grip on the lid is silver plastic (not metal) with black plastic underneath which is good as it's not heat conductive (the spout and the rest of the lid feel like metal). The limescale filter is a nice touch, although I haven't had the kettle quite long enough for it to be necessary yet. Overall, I am very happy with it.
